Today I signed up for free online lectures in Stanford University:

Introduction to Artificial Intelligence - http://www.ai-class.com/
Machine Learning - http://ml-class.org/

I will definitely try to finish these, but it will be tough: you have to do homework and exams (it takes like 10 hours a week+), but in the end - you get a physical piece of paper - a certificate for finishing them! For IT crowd there is even http://www.db-class.org/ - to better understand databases. All you need is motivation! And another thing... have you seen http://www.khanacademy.org/? I think it's the best way to refresh your knowledge.
